Kevin Comolli
Kevin joined Accel in 2000, and has been active in international start-ups, general management, and venture capital investing for 26 years. Kevin is responsible for Accel London’s investments such as Diligent (acquired by IBM), Icera (acquired by Nvidia), and Cape Clear (acquired by Workday), Atlassian, Etsy, and Varonis. Kevin is an active member of the World Economic Forum and is on the Selection Committee of the WEF Technology Pioneers Programme. Kevin holds a BSc in Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rakesh Loonkar
Rakesh is a private investor focusing on early stage Internet security companies. He is currently a business advisor to IBM, and was previously the president and co-founder of Trusteer (acquired by IBM). Prior to Trusteer, Rakesh was the VP of North American Sales at NetScreen Technologies (now Juniper Networks). Before that, he was the co-founder of OneSecure (acquired by NetScreen). Rakesh earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, New York).
Yuval Shachar
Yuval is an entrepreneur and investor, providing guidance and mentoring to a broad base of entrepreneurs and founding teams. Yuval has become involved as a co-founder, board member or investor in companies such as Interlude, Taboola, Qwilt, Tufin, and Mobile Spaces. Until 2009, Yuval served as a GM at Cisco running one of the BU’s in Cisco’s Service Provider group. In the past, Yuval had also co-founded three companies that were acquired by Cisco: P-Cube, Pentacom, and Infogear.
Idan Plotnik, Aorato CEO
Idan has more than a decade of experience in the security industry. He has a rich and versatile technological background related to the security and IT of mission critical systems. Prior to founding Aorato, Idan was the co-founder and CEO at Foreity – an MS security subcontractor acquired by Aman Group in 2012. Idan also holds the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for enterprise security.
Michael Dolinsky, Aorato VP R&D
Michael has more than a decade of software development experience. Prior to joining Aorato as VP R&D, Michael was a lead software developer at Microsoft where he worked on several large scale projects, including the Office 365 BI Services, Direct Access and Unified Access Gateway. Michael also held various technology development positions in the defense industries, ranging from architect and development lead to project management.
Kobi Samboursky
Kobi, co-founder of Glilot Capital Partner, initiated the VC on grounds of his vast and varied professional experience. He has held several high level positions in various companies and is a serial entrepreneur with experience founding, managing, and successfully exiting his companies. Some of the companies for which he has ‘earned his stripes’ include: iWebTechnologies Ltd. (Acquired by Softbank), Infogear Technology (Israel) Ltd. (Acquired by Cisco), Lamda Communication Networks (Acquired by NICE Systems), and Menta Networks Ltd.
